NexGen Track Academy bridges the gap between physical performance and mental well-being by offering specialized training programs designed to enhance performance and technique through physical and mental performance coaching. Our program caters to various skill levels and disciplines, ensuring a comprehensive and tailored experience for every athlete.
Group Coaching
Our foundational program focuses on preparing athletes to compete in USA Track and Field sponsored events. In a group setting, athletes will receive coaching that emphasizes proper form and technique in a supportive environment.
Personalized Coaching
One-on-one coaching sessions tailored to individual athlete needs, focusing on specific goals and areas for improvement. We have technical coaching available as well as mental performance/well being coaching.
