Our Unique Coaching Philosophy

NexGen Track Academy was born from a desire to offer athletes something I wished I had as a competitor: honest, constructive feedback. As a former track and field athlete, I understand the importance of detailed guidance. Our unique approach ensures that athletes not only improve their skills but also learn about their event in a fun, competitive environment. Athletes receive constant feedback and are educated on the 'how' and 'why' behind every drill, fostering a deeper understanding and love for the sport.

Elite technique and physical conditioning are the foundation of performance, but mindset is the ceiling. Even with perfect form, internal barriers like negative mental chatter, pre-competition anxiety or nerves, and fluctuating self-confidence can create a disconnect between your potential and your results. Our program integrates elite skill-building with mental performance coaching to ensure your hard work translates into success when the pressure is highest.
